Innovation! .. where are the dj's who used to experiment and have fun? Why haven't I heard any tumbi sounds mixed up with dubstep, house or hip hop? Because a bunch of critics on a bhangra industry site don't like change? Fuck that shit.. the biggest DJ's in the industry like DJ Sanj.. even artists like Imran Khan, and Sunny Brown were the result of experimenting with new sounds.. something different. Not manufactured and commercialized music that reuses the same generic vocals. Please remember.. quality over quantity. 1 hit track is worth more than 10 average tracks (what every album seems to be these days). Get on your pc, grab sounds, grab intstrumentals, play around with distortions and effects, and EXPERIMENT. You will know what sounds good when you hear it. Cheers
